Cross country run
Darn.
I went to Riverside Park for the Cross-Country run...
No one tell me we were going already, so I didn't bring my towel and water bottle.. Haiz..
At first, I ran with Chi Ling and Beatrice..
Then after some time, Beatrice was not with us anymore...
I'm so sorry.. I really didn't realize you were gone..
It was only when we reached the steep hill then I went, " Where's Beatrice?"
I looked back but I couldn't find you...
The track of Riverside Park is really steep.
There is a track with is almost all flat, but they made it difficult.
They made us run the path with lots of ups and downs.
Anyway, Chi Ling and I was holding hands as she sprained her ankle...
People were like, shocked, and one of them say, "Like that also can run?"
I finally relaxed when there was shade, then one under the 'bridge'.
But there is still a long way to go...
It was really hot!
If it wasn't so hot, I could have run a teeny bit faster...
Anyway, we finally reached the finishing line, and I was really giddy...
I drank lots of water, shared with my friends, and we took a bus back to school.
Secondary ones get to sit bus back, seniors get to walk back, so bad.
We went for recess when we reached school, I was really hungry.
Then we cleaned the class room, and went to the hall.
The teacher was babbling on and on about us, not to commit crimes during holidays...
Then we had some Sports meeting in the D&T room with 2B and some others I forgot.
I was really tired so I closed my eyes and rested.. not bothering what was happening.
They should let us go home after the run, not hold us back...
I got back my report books..
I failed Geography and History, as expected, at least I never fail my 'main' subjects.
That's all for today... I'll post some other day then.
