Happy birthday Joey! May all your wishes come true, and sorry for not coming and sorry for the belated present, and SMILE more cause today is the day you SHOULD smile more! Hope you had fun, and don't be depressed over some stuff, I'm sure things will turn out just fine for you and your friends! XD
Today... my parents mercilessly dug me out of bed and I was washing up like a sleeping zombie. Then we went to some coffee shop in Bedok to eat lamb chop, and oh trust me, the lamb chop was fabulous, I love the garlic gravy! We then went to Changi Airport to have a look at Terminal 3 since we didn't see it before, and I bought 4 bottles of glass bottle containing toy food from Mini Toons. We had a look around before my mum bought 2 bottles of perfume, $200+... =.= Then... we went back to Hougang to fetch my aunt before we went to Yishun for dinner. I know, my family always like to eat at faraway places when we have the time. Then while driving to Yishun I feel asleep, so when they woke me up, I was tired and grouchy, but oh wells. Then we found a table and ordered Claypot Fish, Hotplate tofu and fried-pork-in-sweet-sauce. My mum decided to come here since she saw that "排排站，查查看" show and it recommended this stall. It was like shit I tell you, every single dish was... yuck. Even my family and aunt says so. And the bill came up to $37.
Then we walked back to the carpark, and we walked a different route back so we went pass the pet shop. Big mistake, I started oogling over the little rabbits, all sooo small and furry, so cute! And those little hamsters too, small! And that parrot was stand on the cage with his tail pointing up at me, so offensive. (Joking XD) Anyway, though I begged me mum literally, she didn't allow. =.= I know that she wouldn't, but it wounldn't hurt to try, right? Haha, then... went back to the car and we drove around Yishun MRT and almost got lost finding 'Bottle Tree Park'. My neighbours recommended us to go there to catch fishes and prawns and have fun so we went there. Luckily, my parents found the place soon enough and we went in~
My brother wanted to catch fishes and bring home, it's $15 for a free net and mini plastic fish tank, and you can catch as many fishes asa you want. But I started to kick up a fuss and persuaded him not to catch... Those people, they stumble around the water, fishes in the water got killed when they step on them or something. Then when the fishes are dead on the ground, the kids step them. Humans are gruesome and cruel. They don't even let the fishes off when they're dead. And so what if they caught them home, the fishes will still die without that oxygen machine, so might as well just leave it there for them to live! And those people catching prawn, they have the heart to pierce through the prawns with that... stick and barbeque it? I know, but I don't eat prawns okay, I think they're... not eatable. I know, it's the same as eating fish/chicken/pork/lamb, but at least I'm not the one killing it. If I were killing it, I would have let it go when they're alive.
Then my parents let me buy 6 packets of fish food and my and my brother went to the large fish pond and fed the fishes, there were so many of them fighting over the food, lols... After finishing the food... we went to buy a few more packets to feed since there were so many fishes... So around $20 of my pocket money this month was spend on fish food, lols. By the way, the reason the Fish/Prawn Farm was called 'Bottle tree Park' is because their.... Mascot is a type of tree, which trunk is shaped like a bottle, so cute luhs! Then... we went back to the car while we walked to the carpark, we saw that hugh river with all those swan boats and people queueing for their turn. The boats were like thosr type, which you had to pedal for it to move. I wanted to have a ride since it looked so fun, but it seems like it was going to rain (the sky was turning dark grey) we we went home since there's nothing else to do.
Then at 6pm I went for piano lesson and came back at 7+pm. I then watched Harry potter with my family while surfing the net and chatting... And I just ate, since we ate dinner very early today and everyone was hungry, so we ate toasted bread with melting cheese and maggie mee and stuff, now I'm bloated, lols... That's all for now, I think we're going out to watch Ice Age 3 with my family tomorrow, since they promised me and my brother, so bye people and enjoy Youth day on Monday! (: Haha, this post is like the longest post for me these days... And everyone, thanks for tagging!
