Gift wrapping!
I'm gonna post a complete post about today. It's like, I'm not a newbie anymore. I performed, I'm not a beginner already. If Mr Wong, Mr Lim or any of them call me or Samantha a beginner again, I'm going to kill them and kick their $%^&*. Ahem, anyways.... today, somehow very surprising that I had no trouble getting up to get ready for school. Sam SMS-ed me to say that she's reaching already, so I told her to wait for me at the bus stop... Haha, she thought late already, cause she thought string was at 7.30am, so sotong and kuku right, heh heh.
Went for string... Was early, the string room wasn't even opened yet. Went in and sat at the corner, suddenly feeling so extra, so tinteh, like we don't belong there, lols yea we don't. Then all the seniors streamed in, and we were like, the outsiders. Didn't dare to take a seat, cause we don't belong there, yet. Anyway we did, and practised until 9am, and Joelyn was like saying we were late, so I took my viola and Liting's viola while she took the stand to the hall.
Waited for a very long time, talked crap to Chiling and Samantha. Saw the NCWO people first, woah Lip Fei dao me lorh, I say hi to her, so hyper, then she just wave to me and go away, at least Valecia smiled and said hi to me, haha. Saw the NC Chorale people too, was so excited to see Beatrice, Xin Yi and NingZhen, but seems like they more excited lorh, Beatrice jumping like crazy and waving to me, she totally made my day, haha. :D
The NC Chorale people went in first, while they were performing, we were like behind the curtains assembling the stands and sitting down while they sang "Jingle Bell Rock". So nice, at the ending still shout "That's the jingle bell rock, YEA!", so damn enthusiastic. Then the curtains where drawn back, by FengXia and Zhi Xin (I think) following the curtain. LOLS. Greeted Mr Lim when he came in, and started playing Frippery, Brevard Sketches and Dance of Iscariot.
Oh by the way... When the curtains open, I was very surprised at the number of people, so very scary. Like the whole hall is filled. All looking. Even before playing I was like "Wth all these people why must be so attentive and stare at us!" So scary, they're very very intimidating. D: Then I look at the others right, like all not scared one lorh. So many people, standing in front of the class I already scared until wanna pee already. TT
Frippery
The starting, I think kinda not together.... Urh, other than that I guess nothing else. And the last 2 notes! The pizzicato, aka plucking! My finger accidentally brush the A string, and yea, wrong note, was like telling myself to die and eat shit.
Brevard Sketches
This song is the best! Like finally a new song to play for others to hear, besides Frippery and Iscariot, both play alot of times le. Urh, I don't remember anything wrong with this song. Oh oh!
Urh, that bar, the one that have to like play semiquaver notes, I played all of the notes! Like no mistakes too, I think. :D
Dance Of Iscariot
Since we were suppose to play the piece right after a bar form Brevard Sketches, um, it was alright... but the front abit mixed up, cause not enough time to flip the page and play the notes. So it was kinda.... not neat. Mmm, same, that part of the piece, I totally screwed up, haiz...
After that, walked back to the string room, and heard many of them discussing about the screwed up Dance Of Iscariot. Hmm, packed my stuff and went out to find Beatrice and XinYi and NingZhen outside! Oh and when Cheryl senior and Jocelyn senior went home, they said BYE to me! So happy! LOLS. Then Xin Yi went off le, missed her sooo much. D: Kept meeting NingZhen with her friends, lols, so funny.
Umm, waited for Chi Ling ling for her councillor duty, then beatrice keep complaining that nobody ask her for directions. TT So went around the school with her, and alot of people ask her lorhs, HAHA. Then Chiling came after we went to meet her outside the Staff room. Oh oh and we saw Mdm Lim in the staff room clearing things, I think they renovated the staff room, so nice! Orange and yellow I think! XD Then me, Chiling and Beatrice took the bus to CP! Went to eat at Galilee Cafe, omg I'm penniless, and the conversation was like:
Me: Bee wee! Your noodles look like the umbilical cord and the sauce is like the slim on babies when they were born! And the chicken looks like dead deformed babies, like those we saw in the Science Center! The body world! :D Chiling: Vivian your chicken looks like a frog. Millions of people are starving in Africa you know!
Okay, so you cannot eat when you bring me and Chiling out. So if you wanna go out a diet, call us out. LOLS. And I also became not hungry after Chiling ling said that. TT We went around CP! To shop presents, christmas presents, for seniors! Omg and saw Liyun, Leona and some other senior in CP. Like omg lah. Also saw Shaw En and some others in CP. Bought some soft toy keychains which were damn cute, and some other robot thingy keychains for guy seniors. We shop damn long for the guys' presents lah, cause don't know what they like.
Went to Minitoons to buy the gift wrapper. Went to sit outside the MRT station to wrap the presents, and after using my glue tape for awhile, it finished already to the kind Beatrice walked all the way to Popular to help us buy! So good right! Meanwhile me and Chiling cut out the wrapping paper first and write names. :D Oh and when we were wrapping, we saw this super cute little boy came to us! So cute leh! He kept smiling and look so innocent! Then he looked into the bag where we put the wrapped presents! Bee wee took a pic of him, I'll put it at the end!
Hahaha, he like keep staring at the phone when Beatrice took his photo, look so innocent lah! He is damn chubby can, in a good way, so adorable! And he walk very wobbly, he like almost fell down when he was standing there, lols! Hmm, then after wrapping all the stuff, Bee Wee was like wanting us to go to her house, but my mum don't allow lurh.. Sorry Beatrice! Then she emo, LOLS. And (cause I love animals, Beatrice's dad rears alot of birds, rare ones) Beatrice, in order to persuade us, said something damn obscene and disgusting! But funnyyy.
Come lah come to my house, I let you play with my bird bird! LOL. Sick right! Then me and Chiling was laughing like siao while Beatrice like very embarrassed there and kept saying that's not what she meant! LOL. Then Chiling had to go home... So we said bye and went home! Bee wee! Sorry that we can't go, we'll go, confirm plus chop, some other day okay! Love ya!
